Sqwiro Software Solutions ("SQWIRO", "we", "us") provides business software on a multi-tenant platform. By using SQWIRO you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You agree to use the platform lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for the data you put into the system.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue. You can cancel at any time.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
